At Oaklands Driveways we are committed to insuring a pain free, "no worry" journey for our customers from start to finish, ensuring the process of creating your scheme is as enjoyable as possible. We are modern-day Craftsman delivering traditional values of consistency, reliability and trustworthiness whilst establishing enduring partnerships with our Customers.
Step 1 Get in touch
Use the contact page on this Web site or call our Friendly Office on our free phone number 0800 1123514. We can then make a mutually convenient appointment for a site Visit or just have an informal chat about your project.
Step 2 Gathering information
We hope to have the opportunity to meet with everyone involved in your project. During the consultation we will listen carefully to your ideas for your Project, ask questions and offer advice if appropriate.
We will also take measurements and Photographs of the Site.
Step 3 Our Proposal
The information gathered is then brought back to our Office and the information is then turned into a computer generated Plan based on the Site Survey.
You will then receive a coloured presentation and written quote for your consideration.
We will then contact you to make sure you have all the information you need and that we have interpreted your requirements.
Any alterations will be quickly attended and revisions sent if necessary.
Step 4 Your Acceptance
With only your verbal instruction we will reserve an installation date which you will receive in writing on receipt of your 15% deposit. Listing the full cost (2 copies ) one to be signed and returned to us.
Step 5 Prior to Installation
We want to make your experience with Oaklands Driveways as stress free as possible and even - hopefully- enjoyable, so we will liaise with you the week before the start date and go over requirements for Car parking, Skip position and so on.
Step 6 The Installation
Our Team will arrive on the agreed day and will aim to have as little impact on your normal routines as possible. They are professional but friendly and approachable, and will work hard to complete the project with as little fuss as possible, tidying the site every evening.
Step 7 Following Installation
You will be asked to sign off the project on the final day of installation and to pay your final Invoice.
Finally as a valued customer you will be asked to rate our performance via a Customer questionnaire and supply a small Testimonial.
